Weeds are starting to grow this means 0ne thing its time to start planting.........

I have recently built a bigger greenhouse it is two greenhouses in one,i hope to be growing chillis and tomatoes in it this year whilst still working on its construction.

I have had the plot since nov o6, last season was a good year for brassicas but not very good for ligumes(beans)also potatoes did well plus my tomatoes grew well in the greenhouse.

My first season allmost over big set back with the recent rain( noware near as bad as most)but most things went great.first year of growing parsnips,they look ok but the proof will be in the lifting.Above toms and cues toms are a black cherry variety and cue is tellegraph

Its all growing fast and furious now we had a bit of rain, here are just a few pics,Going to plant some more leeks on the weekend also some more dwarf french beans..

The plot was taken over in november 06 full of weeds and grass.

The greenhouse was erected in feb and cost nothing ,just had to dismantle and re -erect at the plot.

The plot has now been split into six bays all approx 6m x 5m .

This is stumpy called this because his tail was eaten when something took it from the pond,she is a ghost carp about 13 inch long.

Heres my new pond,built in june this year.

we have aprox 50 fish in here most grown from 2 inch or fry,orphs (gold & blue) ghost carp,koi carp,goldfish and shahbumkin.
